Churchill Condo # 2 in Brownes Addition

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.

Easy access to I-90 and very close to downtown Spokane. Stay here for the Lilac parade, Hoop-fest, Bloomsday run, events at the convention center, for your visit to surrounding colleges or just to simply visit Spokane.
