Perfect for a couple but can accomdate a larger family too! This cottage sleeps 7 and features a queen bed in the studio portion, along with a bunk room. The bunk room includes a queen bed, a double bed, and an XL twin. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
