Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
