This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Small studio-size guest house on large, quiet, wooded property. Privacy and kitchenette make this non-smoking hideaway perfect for multi-night stays. Convenient to downtown Dallas and the southern Dallas suburbs. Kitchen has mini-fridge+freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Coffee, tea, cutlery & basic food prep and storage items are provided. Queen bed with memory-foam mattress. Fold-out foam chair for additional sleeping space. Half-bath with shower & toilet.

If you like it quiet, peaceful, and relaxing this is the place for you! our cozy cottage is 2B, 1B. It has a partially wrapped around porch to take in the country views. There is a wonderful slipper cast iron soaker tub that is meticulously cleaned between each guest. Close to Robson Ranch, Harvest, Pecon Square, Texas motor speedway, and the Tanger outlets. Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
