This is probably the best, the most cosy and the loveliest place you can stay in this area. The two hosts, claudius and tuk, do absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortabel and smooth as possible. If you think you've eaten good in thailand, think again! Tuk is a star in thai meals and you will cry if you have to leave again eating what the street brings... the only small minor is that it's a remote location, but you can use their motorbike or they bring you with the car so no worries. The area is stunning, surrounded by the Rice fields and a Nice mountain range to feast your eyes upon. In this household all is pico bello :)

I'm so glad I stayed here! 6 nights, fantastic. A short walk gets you to the old city, but the location here is quiet and peaceful, with a few small convenience stores right next door. It always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Easy location for taxi's/Grab to find. Easy to walk to the old city and look around. The staff are kind and helpful. The front door has gates that are locked at night for security, but easy to navigate with the key provided. The room was nice, spacious and bright. The big fridge was helpful, and 2 good sized water bottles provided daily were a great help. The bed is typically quite hard, like most Thai beds. I'd recommend bringing a top sheet, so you can lie on the comforter for extra padding. Aircon was great! The view from the 3rd story room is excellent. Such a great place, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing location super close to downtown but secluded enough to be quiet at night. Small cozy, comfortable bed, comfortable sheets, large desk , everything I needed to live and work from that little house. Note you should be fine with not experiencing a quiet surrounding, but also participating in being quiet at night because they have a lot of locals who live there permanently. I would book again. 😊

Très joli gest house en périphérie de Chiang Mai, on est pas en pleine campagne mais pas vraiment besoin de sortir car le jardin est très grand et très confortable. Nous avons séjourné avec notre bébé de 1 an et étions très content de pouvoir cuisiner sur place. Seul bémol, il y a assez peu d’eau chaude, mais c’est un logement que nous recommandons chaudement !

We had to book Knot’s place in an emergency due to the earthquake in Thailand! Our apartment we were staying at completely devastated and we had to find a place quickly. We’re so grateful to Knot for his quick communication. He welcomed into his home and it was amazing. The space is absolutely immaculate, squeaky clean, incredible location (center of nimman walking distance to maya mall! The hosts family who live on the property were so delightful and helpful.
