So, it might be noisy during day time. ***

We keep it simple here. 1 km walk from Pai walking street. Peaceful setting tucked away from all the noise. Rise with rooster crowing in the morning with cat and dog playing in the garden, walk in the paddy field and feed the cow with banana during the day, and enjoy quite afternoon sun set. All cottages equipped with aircon and private bathroom. Simple breakfast toast, tea and coffee are available in the morning.

Our charming home is semi wooden with 3 A/C bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is equipped with a kitchen, a bar, fiber optic wifi and a large open space upstairs. It is perfect for a family with children or a group of friends. We are 10 minutes walking distance from Chiangmai Gate and the Saturday walking street. We offer complimentary home cooked breakfast every morning and a complimentary pick up service from the airport.

Fully equipped family apartment, just a few minutes drive from the center, suitable for families with children, small groups and couples. Apartment consists of two bedrooms each one with one queen size bed, bathroom, AC, TV and terrace as well as equipped kitchen. We also have a shared pool, relaxing terrace with views, small gym, yoga mats, and games.
