Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

The upper of our 2 pods is designed so you can enjoy the 180 degree view while enjoying the comforts of inside: it is the perfect place to relax. The mature and large site is full of birdsong and places for children to explore. We're far from busyness and lights so the peace and the stars can be appreciated. Yet it's under 20 minutes to beaches and mountains, less to the forests.

Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

Bird Island Bothy

Wake with the rising sun, shrill calls of the wading birds, and waves breaking on the shore only meters away. The wild shore and vegetation provide a great habitat for birds, mammals, insects and spiders typical of the Irish coast. Wading birds can be seen feeding along the undisturbed shore. Bird Island Bothy has the feel of a sailing ship's cabin with chunky wooden beams, mock four-poster bed and plush velvet curtains. A great base from which to explore the Ards Peninsula.

Tullymore Luxury Log Cabin nestled in the foothills of the Mourne mountains, overlooking Tullymore Forest park. The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. The apartment is located 50m from our house so we are nearby to make your stay enjoyable.
