The surrounding scenery is stunning—from your bedroom window, you’ll enjoy expansive views of farmland, lush greenery, and the sea close by—just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll find easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, Starbucks coffee and more. Reaching Sunderland city center in about 10-15 minutes. Newcastle is also easily reachable within 20 minutes from Sunderland.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.
