In questa villa è vietato portare animali domestici. È consentito fumare all'aperto, ma si prega di rispettare i vicini. La moderna cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici moderni, tra cui una stufa a gas, un forno elettrico e un frigorifero, oltre a una vasta gamma di stoviglie e utensili. La sala da pranzo dispone di una comoda disposizione dei posti a sedere, perfetta per godersi i pasti con la famiglia e gli amici. C'è anche un tavolo da pranzo situato sulla terrazza dove è possibile cenare all'aperto. Lo spazio esterno è una vera attrazione, con balcone privato, giardino e terrazza, che offrono viste mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti.
