Beautiful 115 year old heritage home with veranda. This storey & half has a eat in kitchen, pantry, large living room, and half bath on the main level. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and full bath. Beautiful antique furniture in some of the rooms. This home is located in a "hobby farm". This is also a home to 2 cows, a pig, baby chicks and laying hens. Small non-shedding pets permitted. Complementary coffee and tea provided. A BBQ grill included for your convenience.

Lillian’s Riverside Retreat

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Snowmobiles and atvs can access the trailbed from the home. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!
