We offer luxurious camping at it's best in a heated/air-conditioned, immaculate, bright, modern, spacious 36' RV with electricity and 3 slides to create a roomy and comfortable interior living space for your enjoyment!

If you enjoy CAMPING, you will love sleeping in a vintage camper! It's late summer, the evening air is crisp and the crickets are chirping. Come cozy up at the fire pit to a warm campfire and roast marshmallows. We provide plenty of firewood to build a nice campfire. The camper is safely located on our property and has beautiful views of the woods. Plenty of fresh drinking water is provided. Queen bed. NO SHOWER or Running water. Portable toilet. Heat. Grill. WIFI spotty while in the camper.

Connect with nature, history and local charm at this unforgettable escape. This is a tiny house in an area filled with big potential. Four miles east of Cayuga Lake, we are close to wineries, breweries, The Spa, and a short drive to local distilleries. Want to commune with nature? Enjoy time at the lake or one of our local swimming holes. If hiking is your speed, nothing beats a journey to the gorges of Ithaca. If local is what you want, we have it! Pets are allowed with a pet deposit!

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).
