This space was perfect for two adults, a baby, and a dog! Plus there was an additional bedroom we didn't use. Jillian shared some amazing ideas for the area. My daughter loved seeing the cat and chickens walking around.

Great get away! Beautiful space, private land. Secluded, clean, nice setup. The hot-tub and pool are amazing. Instructions are clear. John is great. Will be recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm with our three young children. They especially enjoyed seeing the animals around the farm. There were plenty of beds for everyone and lots of room to run around outside. Our gps took us right to the house despite not having internet. The only thing I would recommend is to head Adam’s warning when he says that the route Google often takes you through The George Washington National Forest can be treacherous. It would have been a lot less stressful of a drive if we had taken one of the other two recommended routes. Overall we had a pleasant stay and found the owners very friendly. We would stay again if in the area.

We spent several lovely days at Amethyst Farm. Bernard was an excellent host, very communicative but still offering privacy. The space was clean, charming, and comfortable. I loved hanging out with the chickens, who were very chill and cute (and produced great eggs).

We had the best time staying here! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and we felt right at home in our own private space. Sonia and Dave were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed getting to chat with them and see their beautiful farm. We hope to come back for another visit sometime as we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at Lilac Ridge! The house was near and spacious, plenty of room for our family. We stayed in quite a bit and enjoyed the farm (including a visit with the calves!) and the house. The little farm stand had some nice things, including fresh eggs, maple syrup, honey, and soap, all local. Ross and Amanda were super responsive and took care of all our needs. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at Darthia Farm! We enjoyed sunrise down by the water and loved the short, but beautiful trail that led us right down to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed visits from the farm dogs and cat! The simple amenities really helped us to slow down and be intentional, even the way we washed the dishes. It was all very peaceful and what we needed. Even in the brisk weather of October, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We cooked a delicious dinner one evening with yummy pesto and other goodies from the farm store (goat milk gelato was 🔥). Shepsi recommended some local hikes and on our last day ,we ventured over to Petit Manan wildlife refuge and hiked the Hollingsworth trail... absolutely stunning, and easy trail. Our stay here away from the busy tourist places of Maine was perfect!

We stayed at Amanda and Mike’s Airbnb in Minesing for a 3-day cottage vacation and had an amazing time! The farmhouse was the perfect size for the two of us. The place was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub very nice and the instructions given for operating were easy to follow. It was very quiet, peaceful, and the perfect relaxing getaway from the city. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would love to come back again!

I loved my time at Rebecca's place! Not only was she flexible with my arrival time and provided me with helpful directions on how to get there and where to park, she was ready waiting outside when I pulled up! She was so nice and was so personable as if I was speaking to someone I've known for years! She gave me a tour of the unit and pointed out everything I needed to know! The stay was so clean and had towels and linens laid out for my use!!! She provided very tasty food recommendations and made sure I knew she was available if I needed anything during my stay!! Checkout was so easy and instructions were very easy to follow!!! I will definitely be taking her recommendation and returning in the Spring to get some much needed study time before my exams!! I would recommend this stay to everyone who's looking!!

My parents came from China for my wedding and stayed there for two week. They had such a wonderful time. Ron and Claire were incredibly kind and welcoming to them. Claire took the time to show them around and make sure they felt comfortable, which they really appreciated. The house itself was adorable—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. My dad especially enjoyed spending time outside watching the goats and chickens; it really added a fun and unique touch to their stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and we’re so grateful for Ron and Claire’s hospitality.

It was an enchanting place just as my sisters and I had envisioned. Kate was very hospitable and we enjoy talking with her and asking questions. Walking out into there lavender fieldwas memorable.

This place is awesome and we can’t wait to return. Everything was very clean, and it was private and so relaxing. The owners were very responsive and provided everything and even surprised us with fresh eggs. The chickens were such fun to watch from the patio, and Izzy their dog was so friendly. The owners are wonderful people and they were very attentive. We can’t wait to return.

My boyfriend and I went on a road trip to Niagara Falls, and this was our favorite stay along the way! The airbnb was warm, cozy and just as pictured, while the instructions to get in from Barb were also clear. We were able to cook and comfortably watch TV from bed. We were encouraged to come visit the goats in the morning before leaving, and it was truly the cherry on top to see them and pet the barn cats before making our way on the road. We felt very welcomed here, and would definitely come again!

Our team had a great stay once again. like always we will definitely be back.

Perfect space to celebrate Christmas this year. The house is private (set back from the main road) and the views were beautiful. We had a question at check-in, the property management company was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Perfect location for a home base when visiting the Long Island wineries!

Stephanie and Tim are great hosts. We have stayed several times over the past year and Stephanie has always been there to greet us upon arrival. We stay in the area visiting family and friends, but we still manage to have time to enjoy the country setting.

Our stay at High Voltage Farms was wonderful. It was super clean, we got to pet the horses. It is a country setting. The host responded to us every time we had a question. For a 3 bedroom (but 4 beds), 2 bathroom place the price was just right. Would highly reccommend!! Kaspers from Coraopolis

Darell and Cindy’s place exceeded our expectations. We hosted a family gathering at the home and there was ample room for us to gather on the spacious porch, play corn hole on the front lawn and dine together in the kitchen. My favorite part of the was sitting on the porch in the early morning listening to the birds. The home had ample towels, washcloths, TP, paper towels along with cooking supplies. I wish that we had more time there.

Really enjoyed our time at Kristina’s place! Just about 10 minutes outside of Ithaca it made for the perfect hub to see all the sites the area has to offer. We particularly enjoyed Taughannock Falls and East Ithaca’s recreation trail (both stroller accessible). Food in the area was also amazing - highly recommend CDMX tacos and Maru Ramen as well at CBT/Ithaca Bakery! As far as the rental, we had our 8 month old son and two dogs along for the trip. Kristina had a high chair, tub and crib available for use! We didn’t end up using the crib, but the high chair and tub were extremely useful and made life much easier while we were there! Couch was very comfy after a day of exploring! Big back yard also made our two dogs very happy! Highly recommend Kristina’s place!

Sarah's Alpaca Farm guest house was the perfect getaway for our family. It's even better in person! Sarah thought of everything possible that we would need to be comfortable and at home. The kids really enjoyed feeding the alpacas and petting some of them. There are 3 very sweet dogs that they loved to play with as well. It is about half a mile walk from the guest house to see the alpacas but it's a beautiful picturesque stroll. You can drive there too. No matter which direction you look, the views are breathtaking. At night we took advantage of the thoughtfully set up fire pit out front, where Boots the sweet cat would hang out with us. Sarah's guest house is where you want to be if you're looking for something quiet, peaceful and if you love animals. The super flexible check-in and check-out times was so nice. It's like being on a true vacation beacuse we didn't have to set our alarm clocks to rush out of there. House instructions were kept short and sweet. Thank you Sarah!

beautiful house that's lovingly decorated. nicely stocked. very communicative and kind host. very supportive and in contact but still respectful of personal space. super personal above and beyond touch of making a custom pie for our group as well as fresh flower arrangements! setting was rural, beautiful, and peaceful. highly recommend!

Animals galore. The camel is spectacular. The farm cat was super friendly. The house was more than we expected. We loved the hominess of the farmhouse. We made memories playing card games at the table and watching movies and snuggling together as a family. We loved exploring the farm together with our family who lives in Massachusetts and enjoyed a breakfast together in the farmhouse. Will definitely look into staying here again when we come to Massachusetts again. Highly recommend.
