Northeast Washington: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Easy check in, great communication

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

This is a fantastic spot to stay on Capitol Hill! Easy walk to Eastern Market shops, restaurants and metro. The apt is perfect for a small family or a couple good friends. The ceilings are high, the space is full of light, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable! I would stay again.

We had a great one night stay! Check in and out was very easy and the host’s communication was great. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and nicely furnished. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were able to take the bus downtown from a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. Finding and getting into the apartment was easy, Tom's instructions were very clear and sent in advance of our arrival.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Marsh was responsive and communicative throughout. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a welcome place to return to after a long day. The grocery store is only a 15-minute walk which allowed us to cook meals in the apartment. We also enjoyed the wide range of surrounding restaurant choices, and appreciated the short walk down to the waterfront for dinner on our last night in town. Overall a great stay!

Our stay at Will's townhouse was fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The cozy, homey vibe made us feel right at home. The upstairs office was a standout, offering a quiet, well-lit workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Street parking was surprisingly hassle-free, with plenty of spots nearby. The location is ideal, close to local shops and restaurants. Will was a great host, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the area—it's a gem!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This location is walkable and great for families even with restaurants nearby and we felt safe the whole time. The White House and everything to see in DC is easily walkable, or a short Uber! This townhome offers very comfortable beds/bedrooms, and awesome shower heads.

Shareef was a very communicative host, continuously checking in with us both during arrival and throughout the stay. He was flexible with check-in time and generous. The unit was spotless and check-in was simple. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Roman’s place for a long weekend to show our kids our nation’s capital. Location was good, we were close enough to the National Mall to get there in about 15 mins in an Uber, but far enough away that it felt like a neighborhood. Place itself was nicely renovated and we appreciated having nice shampoo, conditioner, and soaps so we didn’t have to pack them. Only note is even with the A/C, the second floor got a little warm overnight, but this was solved with a note to the host who was very responsive and able to reset thermostat settings for us.

We had a blast during our stay in Alexandria/DC and your place was a huge part of that! Very cozy and comfortable. Beds were very nice! We loved hanging out on the patio. Every aspect of your townhome is inviting and makes for a great retreat. The metro being super close was the icing on the cake.

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

Ruben was detailed in his check-in instructions and responded quickly when my friends and I had questions. Street parking was readily available right near the front door. The airbnb was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

Matt's place was great for us - two families with two toddlers spending a few days in DC checking out museums. We chose it for its proximity to public transit: there's a bus stop right in front and walking distance to two stations on the red line. Very walkable to the bike path, parks, and brewery. We also walked to Union Market a few times from the house. Neighbors were friendly and we had no issues with the area. The house itself is exactly as depicted with new and clean feeling to it. Kitchen was equipped for making meals. Matt was very communicative and promptly answered questions about street parking during our trip. Thanks for a great stay!
