Welcome to Grant Park Haven, your home away from home. Located in the beautiful Grant Park/Hollywood neighborhood of NE Portland, it offers easy access to downtown, public transportation, restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment, parks, a swimming pool, grocery stores, and the freeways. The one bedroom Airbnb is the day-lit, lower unit of a new Craftsman style house built in 2018. With a queen bed and a queen sofabed in the living area, there is space for 4 people total. Everyone is welcome!

Cozy Guest Cottage in Woodstock Neighborhood

A bright and cozy cottage located near Reed College, Woodstock's restaurants/coffeehouses, Trader Joe's and public transit. This residential neighborhood is ideal for a quiet retreat for all visitors. The private guesthouse is outfitted to make your stay comfortable including a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower and a heated floor. Plus, you may want to enjoy a cup of coffee on your own patio located behind the Airbnb. As an added bonus, breakfast items and home baked treats are provided.

Scandinavian-modern private studio

Studio apartment designed with the essentials for relaxing. Get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book from our little library, work on your laptop in the desk nook or make an outdoor fire + star-gaze on the patio. Enjoy the mid-century furnishings, the nice sheets + towels and be sure to write a letter - letterpress cards + stamps are for your use. Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

Bamboo Garden Apt, a quiet, cozy getaway

Just a 15 min walk to the Convention Ctr and a 10 min Lyft or 30 min walk to downtown and the Pearl District, this is a new, light-filled 2 story separate apt with views of bamboo groves and organic gardens. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and AC. New hot tub ( shared with big house). Location is tops: close to all 4 quadrants of the city in a quiet, lovely, safe and historic neighborhood. Walk score is 87; bike score 99. MAX light rail, street car, bus are 5-10 min walk; no car needed.

Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Private NE Portland Guesthouse

We're an upscale, private, guesthouse in central PDX - like a private hotel, but better. Free food/drinks/snacks – crazy amenities. There’s a cook's kitchen, private courtyard, king & queen, bath w/shower, keypad, free parking, a/c and w/d. Basically a private, well-stocked, serene little house on a busy street. Inside stairs are steep! ~650 sq. ft. total. This is a *nice* neighborhood, and we prioritize cleanliness, privacy, and amenities. Dogs & kids are welcome, and so is quiet.

Our house is right off the Hollywood Light Rail stop in Laurelhurst, a beautiful historic neighborhood. Our studio, which is connected to our main house (still very private), steps through french doors out to a patio with barbeque and hot tub. It includes a mini fridge, Keurig with compostable cups, and microwave. We are walking distance to great restaurants, Trader Joe's, vintage, coffee shops, pubs, Laurelhurst Park, and 24 hour fitness. Catch the farmer's market on Saturday mornings!

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
