We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Upstair suite is in a quiet neighborhood with parking, basketball hoop, fire pit and a private entrance. Spacious living room, bedroom and bath with shower and claw tub. WiFi, TV, iron, hairdryer, coffee station, snacks, water, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, towels, sheets, dishes, soaps, shampoos and other toiletries. This space is immaculate. There is a pleasant porch for a morning coffee in the summer. This is located just a few blocks from downtown and the infamous Wayne Co. Fair.
