Sleeping up to 13, it is the perfect setting for a group, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, smart tv, and electric fireplace.

This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.

This is a SHARED home! We are a busy family on 12 acres very close to downtown Delaware and 30 minutes from Columbus. We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and eggs & toast if desired. We have dogs, cats , rabbits, bees & chickens. You can collect eggs, pet the bunnies and observe the bees and purchase their honey. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room that can sleep up to 5 with a SHARED full bathroom.
