Manoj and his son Devdutt are very gracious hosts. I had to make a quick booking and they were kind enough to accomodate me on such short notice. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures and they checked-in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. Devdutt sent me a whole list of local recommendations that made it very easy for me to explore the city. Until the very end they were very generous and helped me in every aspect of my stay. 100% recommended!

Stay was good. Rooms felt like home. No complains. All the amenities were there. Overall good.

Great place for single person visit. Very clean., had all amenities, very easy to find out and a great convenient location. I had earlier booked the bigger place the host has in the same property which was also awesome. Since that was booked, I have booked this one and was equally satisfied. Anyone looking for a convenient , clean place in south Calcutta can opt for this one. Thanks for being an awesome host .

Stayed at Christina's apartment for 5 nights. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated, matched every description and more. Every corner of this apartment was very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Christina, herself, is an excellent host, extremely understanding and helpful. We loved the place thoroughly. Second time we stayed here and its always an amazing experience. Apartment is beautifully decorated (nicer than the photos actually). Great amenities. Clean and hygienic. Its very spacious with natural lights and air. They seem to have recently renovated the place so there is still fresh paint smell which wasn’t really an issue and should go away soon. Very safe neighborhood and the chinese restaurant is fantastic. Very close to gulshan and banani and there is a nice little park with lake to go for a run. Will stay again soon and recommend it to any guest traveling to dhaka if you want a safe and comfortable stay.

Nice, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Kolkata. This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area in Lake Town Road, Kolkata. Just as described, this apartment in a friendly residential neighborhood in Lake Town Road. The apartment is very big, and it has all the necessities for a short or long stay for families (bed, fridge, hot shower, kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster, Wi-Fi, large drawing room, balconies, elevator, security guard, etc.). The neighborhood is nice, and easy walking distance to lake, parc, metro, and markets. As other reviewers have mentioned, keep in mind that the Bikramjit is easy communicable and pretty caring. The host was flexible in changing his time to meet us at the last minute. His apartment was clean and had all of the listed amenities. So, the apartment is best for family, couple even individual. We would recommend this apartment to those seeking a good value apartment and great host in Kolkata! We were form Montreal, Canada for a long trip. Bikramjit hosted us for four and half months and we were very happy and satisfied. Specially my ten years old son loved and bothered Bikramjit a lot. We would stay here again! Thanks for everything dear Bikramjit. We can't thank you enough for all that you have done for us. Good bless you with his grace.

Your flat is excellent. You were superb 5 star super-hosts. I loved the 2 caretakers monitoring the gate. The young lady running the little shop downstairs - my ever reliable duck egg supplier. So close to everything. So easy to find. Uber drivers and Zomato delivery men had no trouble finding it. Everything I wanted or needed was in some drawer somewhere in one of the rooms. Trash bags aplenty. Paper Clips, cello tapes, incense sticks, sockets and adapters - one thinks it, one finds it! Like tiny miracles. And then you had your library! Oh what a rich and eclectic collection of fiction and non-fiction, in English and in Bengali in one small tight little library. Beautiful-wonderful-memorable-and eclectic: a neat little package of bliss tucked away in Gol Park, walking distance to the lakes, swim clubs, sky high cafes, fishmongers and booksellers. Revisits penciled in on my calendar!

It’s really a good place to stay, we all are very happy to stay in this place. No complain and no issue. Very spacious and well decorated with clean. Care taker is good.

The house was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was stocked with snacks like chips, biscuits, and soft drinks, along with a variety of board games and an impressive collection of books. The location was very convenient, close to local amenities. The owner was extremely supportive, when I missed the Wi-Fi details in the listing and called, they generously provided 3GB of cellular data, even though internet wasn’t included. The concierge was available 24/7 and very helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

great stay!

Beautiful place, very specious, great location with lake view. We stayed four months here and it felt like our second home. The host made themselves available to resolve any issue without delay. Some of the cabinets and kitchen could do with a little TLC, they definitely had seen better days, but that would not stop us from booking again in future. Stay here to enjoy the prime location in Dhaka and for excellent service.

Stayed for 5 days in April 2025, very satisfied with the Holiday home and it's surroundings. Property is located in a pristine spot on the way to Siikhe lake. Tastefully and thoughtly done home to our liking. The garden, the pond and the gazebo added so much adventure and beauty to our stay. Clean and we'll equipped kitchen with some essentials like coffee , sugar, salt.. Plenty of clean beddings and towels were available. Rooms were provided with heaters, WiFi and TVs. Most importantly, there was a treasure of books! Fitted with inverter, electricity wasn't a problem at all. Mr. Nomo, is an excellent host. The checkin and checkout was a short and smooth process. He helped with local contact for self-driven rental car - which proved to be a boon. He let us use some of his firewood foc for our evening bonfires. Few tips : 1. Mobile map apps landed us in troubles. Ask the locals ! 2. Come prepared to cook your meals, restaurants and convince shops are atleast 1.5-2km away.

One of the best pet friendly airbnbs we have stayed in Meghalaya. Its about 40 mins from shillong police bazar and 5-7 mins from Umiam lake, located right over the shillong bypass highway. Its peaceful, clean, feels right at home. Sherrad was very kind to offer us local cuisine and local places recommendations. Definitely it has become my go to place everytime i visit Shillong
