It has deeded parking for 2 cars and a deck running along the front of the house. Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gas fireplace, central-air, in-unit washer/dryer, and tons of windows. Enjoy the best of both worlds: have your fun at the clubs, bars, and cabarets in town then return to a peaceful courtyard setting at night.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm!
