Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). On the same property as the Carriage House and the Annex, everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Walk to N Topsail with Marsh Views & Dog friendly

Wake up in paradise at this beautiful duplex with countless balconies to enjoy the sunset and sunrise with a marsh view. The property is walking distance to the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. We also provide a couple of beach chairs, beach toys/games, 3 bikes and 2 paddle boards with a launching point down the road. Pet friendly, please refer to house rules for more details.

Beach umbrella, cooler, 4 beach chairs, and 4 beach towels available for guest use. Located 2 blocks from Johnny Mercer pier and The Palm Room and 7 blocks from main shopping, restaurants, and Roberts grocery store.
