FNQ Blooms Tropical Flower Farm Lodge

The Tropical Flower Lodge sits at the foothills of Mt Bartle Frere, surrounded by lush rainforest and vibrant tropical gardens. Our property is also a working flower farm, home to a wide variety of Heliconias and Gingers. The lodge is completely self‑sustaining. Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. Guests often tell us it feels like staying in a hidden, eco‑friendly sanctuary where nature does all the work.

Island Cottages •

New fully equipped 2 bedroom house only a block away from Nelly Bay beach on tropical Magnetic Island. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2nd beroom will be locked if booked for 2 pax) or 2 bedroom house depending on your needs. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms. Great central location, less than a minute walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, playground, public BBQ on the beach front and bottle shop. Couple minutes to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakery and bank.

Simple accommodation in a renovated tin shed. Unique, Natural, Private, Rustic, Affordable; Beautiful garden/bush setting with wildlife. Mena Creek Flower House, "The Birdsnest"

Set on 40 Private acres, "The Birdsnest" is our modern air-cond smaller cabin. It is open plan living/bedroom with q/size bed and sofa that converts to double bed for extra guests. Seperate bathroom and undercover large deck with stunning rural views. Private river safe swimming hole. Free wifi, flat screen TV. We do have 2 other cabins on the property to accommodate larger families or groups. 7mins from Paronella Park. Due to Covid 19 we are no longer providing breakfast.

Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Set on a hectare fruit tree orchard up in the hills of Germantown it offers fantastic views of the valley with Mount Bartle Frere in the background. Its peacful and quiet yet a short drive to a major town. Host living quarters are under the same roof and separate from Airbnb accommodations. Canecutter way Scenic Drive runs past the property. Local attractions: Paronella Park, Mena Creek Hotel, Murdering Point tropical fruit winery, Aussie Farm Entertainment and more.

In Townsville we love to cool off in our pools and we have three for you to choose from. Two bedroom, ground floor apartment with courtyard in a secure complex. Adjacent to the Marina and directly opposite Magnetic Island Ferry terminal. The Ville Casino, town centre, restaurants, hotels & bars as well as the award winning Strand Waterpark & the beach are all just a short stroll away. Modern apartment living with great benefits in a central location!

Private cottage - Atherton Tablelands

A cosy self contained cottage in the Atherton Tablelands suitable for up to two adults, no children or infants. No neighbours for 400 meters. Enjoy the peace and quiet, abundant wildlife and various walking tracks on our 20ha property adjacent to World Heritage Forest. A great central place to explore the beautiful Tablelands. Most guests wished they could have stayed longer so consider to stay an extra night.

The Winston

The Winston is a beautiful old church in the retro town of Innisfail which we have been renovating for about a year. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town. The area has many attractions close by Paronella Park, Etty Bay where you will see cassowaries walking along the beach, Babinda Boulders, Josephine falls, the Mamu canopy walk, white water rafting in Tully and Mission beach just to name a few
