Cob Cottage

Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

Two story cedar home with incredible oceanview.

Bungalow 252 is a secluded hilltop cedar home getaway. Magnificent 130 degree view of the ocean, Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Hardwood flooring. Eagles, bats, deer and raccoons abound. BBQ, watch boats and occasionally orcas from the deck. Nicely stocked full kitchen. Wood stove. Pod coffee maker with coffee, chai, hot chocolate. Two 3D HDTVs with streaming. High speed WIFI (100 MBPS upstairs, slower downstairs), cell service. Games, books, DVDs, binoculars, telescope. Soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Sunny Knoll Hot Tub Suite

Your mountain-top getaway. Studio suite with 2 full beds, a child-size futon, washer dryer. Beautifully furnished. Extensive Library. Deck. Separate hot-tub shower house: cedar lined, sink, shower, and single bed. Hot tub views to Vancouver Island. Sunrises, sunsets. Privacy fence. This hot tub is also occasionally used by owner. Indoor wood-fired sauna. Well-equipped kitchen. Swings , hammock, half court with ping pong, basket ball hoop,badminton and tether ball. 15 acres to explore.

Forest Hideout

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Forest Haven BNB: Private suite and hot tub

Our home is surrounded by tranquil forest. Sit on the private patio or enjoy the hot tub, while basking in the serenity of the surroundings. We have a sweet little playhouse in the side yard for your children to enjoy. We are close to many forest walks, the free disc golf course, (we have discs in the suite for your use), and many ocean access points a few minutes drive away. There is a park and playground at Shingle Bay, a few minutes drive away. Pets welcome by request only.

Yurt camping in Doe Bay area

Relax in a spacious yurt on the side of Mount Pickett next to Moran State Park. Less than a five minute drive to Doe Bay Resort. Twelve miles past Eastsound on the Horseshoe Highway and 20 miles from the ferry landing. The yurt has an outdoor kitchen space with a camp stove and most of the utensils for preparing and serving food. There is an outdoor fire spot and a picnic table for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is also an outdoor shower and outhouse with a composting toilet.

Cute & Cozy Red Cottage

Relaxing and Cozy cottage on north Pender Island perfectly situated with a small view of the ocean and just a short walk to Magic Lake. This fully renovated cottage includes everything you need for a quiet getaway. Perfect for a couple or small family, there's a 1/2 acre of privacy to enjoy. Grocery, pubs, beaches and the Saturday farmers market are just a short drive away. There are plenty of deer, and a nature trail through the woods out back. Note: max 2 adults and 2 children

Located on beautiful South Pender! A new 760sf cottage, custom built with all amenities catered for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Vaulted ceilings, 3 skylights, K Size bed, gas fireplace, streaming services, fully stocked kitchen and stunning décor. Explore the island and return to a quiet space surrounded by trees and an ocean view. Watch hummingbirds and resident fawns feed as you enjoy the 300 sf expansive deck facing the private ½ acre yard. Sorry, we don't host children.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that tenants live in on site in an adjacent building, they have a dog on site who may pop over to say hi. The main house is the owners personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house.
