Desert Rose is a secluded waterfront cottage on the 5-acre Monticello Estate. It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water. The large beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique​ opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups​ as well. We have the​ "Garden of Light" house that sets back in the garden which sleeps 6 more guests​.

Recently remodeled, this cottage is fresh and chic. Walk for miles on the white sand beach, dream in the hammock in the shade of a palm tree, then sip your cocktail on the fully-screened deck. Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player.
