Fantastic place to stay, everything was great, as described and we loved it. Super clean, great host, pool is perfect, shaded in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly setup. Locations for walks, beaches, and restaurants is super convenient (we loved Naples 5th Avenue). Perfect fenced in yard for our dog, she loved it, and the area is great for walks, to the beach or along the street with canal views. We walked to Vanderbilt beach, but there is a parking lot so maybe drive. It was quite a walk (over 30mins). , we tried several other beaches and loved Lowdermilk park beach so do recommend that one. But go early as parking fills up fast especially on the weekends

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay, and greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most. So much space and very helpful / responsive host. Would stay again. 10/10, great spot!

Yasmina's listing was Exactly as stated. We arrived in the area earlier than planned, Yasmina was kind enough to allow us to check-in a little early. Very clean well-kept property inside and out. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with comfy bed linens, plenty of bath & hand towels as well as wash cloths in each bathroom. Washer and dryer came in handy as I was able to wash a couple loads of laundry. Close proximity to several beaches and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The Brown ;)

Heads up, we are definitely staying here again! Michelle's home is so welcoming, plenty of room, all the things you would need to feel at home. Her kitchen has top of the line appliances,she has all the pots and pans,mixers,toaster,coffee pot,utensils and more..a brand new grill on the patio overlooking the community pool (which was not noisy at all). plenty of storage closet space for your suitcases, plenty of bath towels, a washer and dryer which came in handy, we were even able to park in the garage with a remote entrance..and make sure you take a walk around the neighborhood, beautiful houses line the street walk further down around the lake behind, we couldn't have found a better place. She had information on the coffee table for the area around Naples and things to do and places to eat..there is a Publix just 2 minutes down the road. we will definitely be returning to her home for our next adventure there. thank you Michelle for sharing your home with us. We have stayed at this location a few times and love the location. We love to walk and it is a perfect distance from the beach, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

Beautiful condo in a quiet and beautiful resort. Highly recommend this clean, quiet and restful condominium. Host was helpful and responsive. I would rent again in the future!

Great for families. The Pool is fantastic and makes an otherwise bland area a win for family. Plus the hot tub and yard making a great pool spot for 15+ people. The 4 cottages will be where we do our next family reunion. Very comfortable beds including the pull out trundle for our teens. Couch is surprisingly comfortable too!! Cute place. Super nice MN owners were lovely and responsive. Will be back!

Brian's cozy place is comfortable, clean and neat. Bonus: It's located on a quiet street. We are likely to stay again when we are back in the area.

Location, location, location! This place is the best, if you're looking for easy walks, as it is situated in the heart of Old Naples, just a 10 minute walk to the Naples Pier and beautiful beaches. One block from great restaurants, and retail shops. The Saturday Farmers Market is a must visit! The condo is perfect for two people, clean, comfortable and easy access on the first floor with no stairs to climb! Enjoyed the use of the large pool during our visit. Only a 15 minute walk away is the infamous Fifth Avenue. Overall a very fun experience and convenient place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Vanderbilt I recently. Location was great and property was spectacular. Clean, very tidy and heated pool was lived by all. Will definitely come back. Rob.

Kristijan was a great host! Very responsive and very friendly. We had trouble with the A/C one day but he had a repair man come out immediately to fix the issue. Hot tub and back yard were great! Location was also great as you’re pretty much five minutes from everything! Would recommend!!!!

Location and accomodations were exactly as described by hosts. Peaceful and private, this villa is a true hidden gem in beautiful Naples. Easy drive to the beach and other distinct but equally amazing destinations, such as the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our 5 night Spring Break stay. The hosts' notable care and responsiveness stood second to none and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again Ailyn and William. You guys made an impression and we are looking forward to booking your place again in the future.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of seven stayed for ten days and would love to return! We found the home to be quite spacious and incredibly comfortable. The home is centrally located, close to shops/restaurants and close to the beach. It is well equipped with literally everything you would ever need: kitchen appliances and gadgets, beach towels and chairs, an extra fridge in the garage for overflow, even an EV charger for your car if needed! Nilsa was very quick to respond to our questions and offered numerous suggestions for restaurants/outings. I cannot say enough about this home and will definitely be back when in Naples!

Paul was an amazing host. Great communication and welcoming. Throughout my stay he checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything and made sure I was having the best possible stay! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Michael and Kirstin certainly do have a beautiful home and we would certainly return for another vacation. Location is nice, not too far from Naples, 5th Ave, Tin City, Beaches etc.. We all enjoyed our time there. The pool area is nice, IMO, not enough lounge chairs to lay out in the sun. I wouldn't deter us from booking again.

My family and I had an excellent time at Bill’s home. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed the loft bedroom and the pool!
