Can accommodate 1 child on blow-up mattress. 30m walk from parking at front of house to guesthouse at the back of the yard. 10 min drive to beach, Fremantle, 5 min drive to the river, short walk to supermarket. Non-smokers/vapers (in & outside) No pets, parties, large groups.

Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.
