Our home is a two story 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed, 1.5 bathroom & outdoor shower, full kitchen and living room w/ pullout queen size sofa bed. Tile floors throughout including the lanai w/ tall bistro style table. Hang out area underneath with a small bistro table w/ 2 chairs. Brand new construction, just completed in February 2017. Completed in 2018 is a 6ft extension on the lanai. The downstairs bathroom/laundry room has been upgraded to a vanity and mirror.
