The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. Our cozy apartment attached to our garage can sleep 2 guests and provides a unique western vibe with views of our horses from the bedroom window. The property is roomy and private but also has two main houses and two barns within sight. We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.
