Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Jackies, we are all originally from maine, and her home gives you everything great about maine. We really felt at home, it snowed christmas eve which made it even more beautiful ( The driveway was plowed out early as well). I brought a small christmas tree with us on our trip up, and when we walked in, the place was decorated for christmas, which was just amazing and so thoughtful. We definitly plan on staying again, the next time we are back in maine. Thank you again Jackie!

We had such a memorable, magical time at Katy's place! It was peaceful, comfortable, and everything we wanted it to be!

This place is a gem! Anthony was a wonderful, friendly host. The property was clean, modern, and spacious. Remote enough to feel like you've escaped, but close enough to necessary amenities (like groceries), and just under and hour drive to Acadia National Park! Wouldn't hesitate to consider rebooking for a trip in the future!

Seven stars out of five! We have stayed in numerous places in Maine over the years, and given a lot of five star reviews. This one surpasses them all, hence the off the charts grade. It is incredibly well provisioned, spotless, spacious, inviting, and has an enormous porch with a view so lovely it looks fake. You can't even hear your neighbors, let alone see them. We heard loons, crows, and one very belligerent owl, but not once did we hear our neighbors. The only way you will know the tenant is home, is that a car will park opposite on the side of the house from you. The fire pit makes it easy and convenient to host a fire, even if it is only for 45 minutes or so. Kayaks are provided along with life jackets. At night you can see millions of stars. Place is so peaceful and comfortable, we almost didn't make it into the park haha. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

A group of us stayed at Camp Lamoine and were impreased with this property! It was close to Acadia National Park and other areas we decided to go. Spectacular yard and even had a place for a campfire! Comfortable inside and would stay again. Thanks!

We stayed for just an overnight at Oak Leaf and had a wonderful experience! It is a quaint cottage overlooking the water. A great spot to relax and recharge. Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous property. The owners were super helpful and friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations. They gave us a welcome basket too which was a lovely touch. We would love to come back again one day.

This was a lovely place to stay for our visit to Maine to see the fall colors and Acadia for the first time. Beautiful secluded location, cheaper than staying in Bar Harbor but still easy access to both the national park and Bar Harbor. Comfortable and looked exactly liked the photos.

My wife and I loved Pam's place. It was so cozy and comfortable. There are numerous great restaurants, hikes and other sightseeing experiences nearby. And it's very quiet so we always got a restful sleep.

Beautiful and cozy place and very responsive and accommodating host. Place is 30 mins drive from bar harbor and Acadia . The river down the house is an additional beauty in its own. The place had everything you need. The care the host took for arranging everything is really appreciated.

This was our second stay at the Cottrell House. The location can’t be beat. It’s nestled off the main street with access to the river while within easy walking to stores and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and clean. Lissette is a wonderful host.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

This a beautiful spot! Tucked away from the roads and very quiet. The private lake access is great and the views are beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

The Lodge was cozy, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for my purposes. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were amply supplied with anything one might need. Nancy was a gracious host, friendly, responsive, considerate and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay in her rental again, and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area.

Enjoyed my stay while I was there. You get a great sense of privacy!

We have stayed at Jackies place twice now and enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Even though it rained for two days the house is plenty big enough to spread out. We had to change our reservation days twice because of circumstances and Jackie was very accomidating..

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We had a regular wear and tear issue with one of the appliances but the issue was resolved quickly and the hosts went above and beyond to make the inconvenience right. Overall the stay was relaxing and well worth it. I would definitely return to this cabin.

We loved staying at the cabin! It was 2 adults and one infant, and we had plenty of space to setup a pack n play for the baby to sleep. It was very clean, even for such an old cabin. The heat worked good since it was still cold in April. Lisa came over to introduce herself and asked if we needed anything, super friendly. It’s perfect for a short stay with a small family/couple. Just remember to bring your own towels :) The front porch with the rocking chairs is awesome as well. We will stay here again the next time we are in the Skowhegan area!

A great private place to stay when visiting Acadia! Only about 40 minutes away from Bar Harbor.

A lovely spot for a weekend getaway in nature! Denise was super nice and the cabin was quiet, peaceful, rustic, and surrounded by trees. Excellent price for the area and her restaurant just up the road had delish food, I highly recommend checking it out. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Sherri was very helpful, she responded very quickly! She also provided little treats to make the stay more like home! The bed also felt very clean which was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay, it was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting around the camp fire and enjoying nature while only being minutes away from camden. George was very helpful and quick to respond.
