We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We loved it here! The perfect place for a small group of writers to stay and write, walk by the sea, and eat good food over interesting discussions.

Awesome place! Had a fun ski weekend with some friends and we really enjoyed staying here, and would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

Ahn’s house was very welcoming, cozy and clean…we felt right at home and ate dinners as a family at the big table for the first time in a long time. Plenty of amenities provided, the beds were comfy, there are games and books, the courtyard has a little table perfect for morning coffee, it made us all slow down a little and enjoy the time we had together. Within walking distance to the town where there are a tun of shops and places to eat, everyone was friendly and the views were pretty. Ahn was super helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. Not one of us had a complaint, I highly recommend the space!

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

What a lovely place to stay in Rockport. Great location that’s super walkable to the shops, cafes, galleries and beaches of Rockport; I took the train and did not need a car during my visit. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. And a great little patio overlooking the harbor. Gigi was a very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

I needed a special place for a special weekend. I didn't want to propose in a loud, busy Boston location. I wanted private, quiet and intimate. Thats what the photos felt like and I'm happy to say that was the exact experience. April is a perfect time with sunny weather in the 50's. We had a pleasant conversation with Susan in the shared driveway on our way to dinner. She recommended Seaport Grill, specifically the Chilean Sea Bass. It did not disappoint. Plus the Hammond Castle. It was an unforgettable weekend. She said Yes!
