One small guest room for solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered and lived in home has been in the family since built in 1908. Not too fancy, but it’s real, clean, comfortable, and maybe just right for you.

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Your dog called, they want to go to the beach! Even in the Summer it’s local custom to let your dog off-lease before 8 am and after 7pm. So, enjoy the beach guilt free during the day knowing your dog is resting comfortably after a morning swim. This open concept small space has a well appointed kitchen (hosted by a fine cook with all expected condiments to share) and ability to seat 12. Gather the family with large smart tv, wicked fast WiFi and Alexa echo studio sound system.

The surf studio is the perfect location to enjoy a cozy beach vacation. Located two short blocks from the North Beach -the prime surfing , paddleboarding and swimming area for ocean enthusiasts! The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

The space is over 600 sq ft with plenty of sunshine -- all built in last 2 years. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Clean, bright, and private space suitable for a couple. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are a little more than a mile from the beach and an easy drive to NH/Maine sites.
