I’ve been to Goa three times, and this was the best stay I’ve ever had. Private pool, no restrictions on music, separate entry, and a friendly host — all these things made it a perfect stay. Mani is a really friendly person; I loved the way she treated us. In this price range, I think it’s a great place to stay.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. The stay was perfect, great happening location right on the main road with a lot of cafés around. The stay has everything you need - a fully functional kitchen, a front load washing washing, and complimentary towels and toiletries. Deep is a great host, very very proactive in giving recommendations and things to do. Felt a very lively energy. To add the cherry on top of everything, the caretaker - Malika Ji is such a sweet person, who ensures that you don’t face any inconvenience.

It was a home away from home. Cozy. Aayson was very responsive welcomed us. We loved the home, enjoyed the front yard with birds chirping and no disturbance. Thank you Aayson and family.

2BHK Apartment in Condolim, Goa I recently stayed at a 2BHK apartment in Condolim, Goa, hosted by Sanchita, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that Sanchita pays great attention to cleanliness. Everything from the living room to the bathrooms was tidy and well-maintained. The caretaker was also very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure we were comfortable at all times. The swimming pool was a definite highlight! It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing swim after a day out exploring Goa. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy 1BHK apartment. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, including fast Wi-Fi. The pool area was a lovely place to relax after exploring nearby Baga Beach. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay ! The house was spotless, exactly as described, and even better in person. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, and Edlyn and Trevor were very responsive and attentive. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. I would definitely come back !

It’s located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The condo has good plants and trees. The apartment is very nicely maintained and is equipped with all consumer goods necessary to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. Restaurants and beaches are about 4+ kms from here hence you will need your transport. Altaf the care taker was very responsive and ready to help. The housekeeping staff is also very good. Overall a very good experience.
