The 900 sq ft Loft is private and welcoming, with many thoughtful details for your comfort and total relaxation. Cuddle up with comfy chairs, cozy throws and an abundance of books and magazines. It is so quiet, and the beds so comfortable, that a restful night's sleep is almost a guarantee. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing opportunities abound with water access close-by. Very kid-friendly.

Located in the center of Main St., on Mirror Lake, Below the Books, Beside the Lake is a lakefront, 2 BR, 1 bath. apt. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for swimming, fishing, paddling and relaxing lakeside.

The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land.
