Upstairs apartment for rent in historic house in Summerville. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, Living room, office, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Minutes from downtown and the Medical District. Complimentary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottle water, sodas and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

This is a 1967 Lazy Days House Boat that we have converted into the best Airbnb space to relax and rejuvenate your soul. Being right on the Savannah River, there is no other place to be in Downtown Augusta. If you do want to explore the area, you are right in the heart of the Downtown with various activities always happening, be it the restaurant and bar scene, local art museums, the weekly farmers market(seasonal), multiple opportunities to exercise.
