North Athens Regional Unit: soggiorni in ville vacanze

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

The place is much better than described and i think its newly renovated because almost everything was new. They greeted us with a lovely white wine and there was plenty of bread butter jam and full pack of espresso among other coffee and tea. The Ac in each room and living room are brand new so as the fridge they even had brand new sheets and covers which we used only one cuz we felt bad opening the other ones since they are all new but panteli said we could use everything in the house.First the house literally has anything starting from emergency equipments fire extinguishers fire robe equipment medical kit and more so its perfectly safe they even have a big printed paper describing everything at the place. The place is on the highest hill of one of the hills in port rafiti so you need a good car we had a small car but if i would go again i would rent a bigger car The place is perfectly suitable for families up to 4 its close to nicest beach in athens called panorama

Een prachtig mooi huis, rustig gelegen op een half uurtje rijden van Athene maar dichtbij is een super gezellig plein met supermarkt en restaurantjes heel leuk! We werden ontvangen door de dochter van de eigenaar. Suoer aardig ze gaf ons tips en leidde ons rond. We hebben ons als een miljonair gevoeld echt geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, tennisbaan, zeer sfeervol, super groot alles ik er. Echt een hele mooie tijd gehad en het uitzicht is onvergetelijk! Deze hele reis en dit huis vergeten we nooit! Dankjewel!

Οι χώροι ηταν καθαροί και όπως στην περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Όλοι έμειναν ευχαριστημένοι.

Πολύ φιλική η Φαίη που μας κατατόπισε στο χώρο και διατεθειμένη να επικοινωνήσει το οποιοδήποτε θέμα προέκυπτε άμεσα. Θα επέλεγα ξανά την τοποθεσία για διαμονή!

I have to say that this is the most wonderful Airbnb stays we have had yet. Graciousness is the key word for Efi and her family, who greeted us at the door, gave a tour of the house, had the refrigerator and counter filled with welcome foods and drinks, even wine-- We toasted her and the family. The house is immaculate, and has tremendous "wow factor," enough to impress my teens! The home is comfortable, modern, cool, light, well-maintained, and again, Efi is a kind, welcoming and accomidating host. I cannot say enough good things about her, or her wonderful house. You cannot go wrong booking with her.

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Ma Maison and hope to see you soon!

Andy a été d’une parfaite disponibilité pendant notre séjour. De l’organisation à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le lieu est situé au calme à 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes et à l’écart de la circulation automobile. La vue qui surplombe la métropole grecque et au loin la mer est inégalable. Zalety: - bezpośrednie wejście na plażę - ciepły prysznic w ogrodzie! - zadaszony taras - duży puszysty zielony trawnik - sporo drzew dających cień w ogrodzie - ogród nie jest zacieniony całkowicie, więc można opalać się na trawie - przestronny salon - drzewa figowe przy podjeździe - większość sypialni ma balkon - w każdej sypialni klimatyzator - dobre wygłuszenie pomiędzy sypialniami ;) - dużo prywatności - w kuchni jest zmywarka Wady: - dużo mrówek w ogrodzie - z niektórych kranów leci tylko gorąca woda - niskie drzewa wzdłuż podjazdu (ok 100m), więc jeśli masz wyższe auto to lepiej jest zostawić auto przy bramie - plaża nie jest 100% piaszczysta, jest niewielka ilość kamieni - jeżeli chcesz samemu gotować, to jest mało garnków i patelni

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!

This beautiful villa, nestled in a picturesque suburb just 15 minutes from Athens airport and a three-minute drive to the beach and main grocery stores, exceeded our expectations. During our one-day layover in Athens before heading to Crete, it was spacious enough to host our Athenian cousins and their children for the day and night. The kids and adults alike had a fantastic time in the pool. The villa is beautifully designed, and our host Chana was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this stunning, peaceful villa to anyone looking for a convenient location near the airport, beaches, and excellent restaurants.

Wir waren über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft. Zoe hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmückt. Auch sonst hat er auf alle Anfragen reagiert und geholfen. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz, kurzem Weg zum Meer und dem kleinen Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum Flughafen sind es entspannte 20 Minuten und bis zu einer günstig gelegenen Metro Station (Nomismatokopio) nach Athen sind es ca 40 Minuten. Ich könnte es mir auch gut für den Sommer vorstellen.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Das Haus und der Ausblick sind gigantisch, ich würde sagen, es ist das tollste Haus in dem wir je waren. Es stimmt einfach alles. Die Lage ist perfekt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 Minuten entfernt sind 3 gute Tavernen, 15 Minuten entfernt tolle Cafés und 2 Supermärkte. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir waren aber meistens auf der Dachterrasse, einfach toll! Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort in Diesel und Susi verliebt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Η Villa Fanis Summer House είναι υπέροχη. Είναι πλήρως οργανωμένη, πολύ καθαρή και διαθέτη υπέροχο κήπο με πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Οι οικοδεσπότες, Γιώργος και Ηλίας, είναι εξαιρετικοί, ευγενέστατοι, πολύ φιλικοί και ανταποκρίνονται αμέσως σε κάθε αίτημα. Η villa φιλοξένησε την οικογένεια μου καθώς παντρεύτηκα στην περιοχή και δεν θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή. Ηλία και Γιώργο σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία και θα τα ξαναπούμε στο μέλλον!

Our stay at this beautiful Villa was absolutely amazing. The host could not have been more pleasant and helpful before and during our stay. The location was perfect for our stay and close to the Athens airport but felt like you were on an island. Just far enough outside of Athens for an easy day trip to the city. And close enough to catch and early flight for a day trip to Santorini. The pool and the outside area was beautiful just like the photos. The villa was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to markets, beach and restaurants. There were 9 of us total and we had an amazing visit all around. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a visit to the Artemida area. 5 stars all the way and we really hope to return one day soon!!

Επιλέξαμε το city Oasis για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και τις πρώτες μέρες του γάμου ! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά ! Ο,τι καλύτερο μπορούσαμε να επιλέξουμε για την περιοχή ! Ο κύριος Νικόλας μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι χρειάστηκα με και η κυρία Γωγω μας υποδέχτηκε με το μεγαλύτερο χαμόγελο ! Τους ευχαριστούμε που έκαναν αυτή την τόσο σημαντική μέρα για εμάς ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή !!!!

Ένας μοναδικά εκπληκτικός χώρος, εξαιρετικής αισθητικής και λειτουργικότητας. Ότι και να πω θα είναι φτωχό και για την villa zen και την οικοδέσποινα Μαρια-Αντωνία. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα, δεν υπηρξε σημείο που να μην είναι άριστο. Τίποτα δεν είναι τυχαίο. Ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος η Μαρία-Αντωνία, γεμάτος φως, εξυπηρετικότατη, εκπληκτική επικοινωνία. Ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ που υπάρχουν τέτοιοι χώροι με τέτοιους οικοδεσπότες. NAMASTE
