The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
