Welcome to The Great Northern! We're located at the foot of Skuleskogens National Park in the heart of the High Coast (Höga Kusten), an UNESCO World Heritage site. The house is surrounded by lush forests and towering mountains, while the sea is just a short walk away. Hiking trails begin right outside your door, making it easy to explore the stunning nature around you. After a day of adventure, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, featuring panoramic windows with breathtaking views of the sea.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Welcome to our wonderful villa in Klockestrand, located in the heart of the High Coast with proximity to everything the World Heritage site has to offer - from fantastic nature experiences and attractions to good food and drink. With a view of the Sandö Bridge and direct access to the Ångermanälven, this is a place where you can relax. Welcome to our timber cottage in the heart of Höga Kusten, the High Coast of Sweden. A cosy and newly refurbished log cabin, a retreat for couples or small families seeking a peaceful getaway. Located across from our family home, the cottage overlooks two lakes and Själandsklinten mountain and it is the perfect base for outdoor adventures. From hiking and biking to fishing and kayaking, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy.

Cottage with a dream location

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

The Bakery Cottage, genuine stay in the High Coast

Stay in a traditional and unique bakery cottage - an old loghouse, reesently renovated. Enjoy the coosy feeling in the kitchen when the wood stove is burning. Take a swim och go fishing in the lake, there is also a plain sauna. Explore and enjoy the wonderful nature! This is the perfect basecamp för outdoor-life and culture excursions. Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Huset befinner sig i Ullånger/Knäppa, mitt i hjärtat av Höga Kusten. Närhet till Högakustenleden/Skuleberget, havs- och sjöbad, Höga Kusten Båtarna till Ulvön/Trysunda, Kustladan och Fäberget etc. • E4/Cykel- och gångbana går precis nedanför stugan, som sträcker sig hela vägen till Skuleberget. • 5km till buss-station och matbutik (Coop) inne i Ullånger. • Nära till havsfiske.
