Thistle House - 5 km to Gros Morne National Park

Thistle House is located on Bonne Bay Pond, approximately 22 km north of Deer Lake and only 5 km to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, making it the perfect base to explore Gros Morne and the west coast. If you are hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, or taking in the sights of Gros Morne then this is the vacation home that will meet all of your needs. Stay here, and make this your base to explore all the area has to offer. At the end of the day, come back to relax in this comfortable home.

Close to coffee/lunch shop, boat tours, kayaking and hiking trails. Located in the heart of Gros Morne. One of the original cottage style homes in Norris Point. It will be your home away from home during your visit. A short walk will take you to the Bonne Bay Marine Station and The Cat Stop (boat tour).

This modern style of camping takes you inside a geodesic dome overlooking beautiful Trout River, Tablelands and a mountain formation known to locals as the Elephants Head. We're a small B&B located in Norris Point. Stay in an authentic Newfoundland salt box style house no more then a stones throw from the beach. This is a great place to relax and use as a base camp while you explore Gros Morne National Park. Norris point offers kayaking in bonne bay, and provides access to several hiking trails as well as being home to a Marine station aquarium and BonTours boat cruises. There's plenty to do for any budget.
