Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. We needed a couple of extra linens and blankets and James brought them to us. He was also proactive in bringing us some (caffeinated)coffee, which we didn't even request but were grateful to have.

Stayed as a family four, two year old and five year old, and found the house to be the perfect size for our family. All listed amenities were available and since we booked the property was updated to now include a beautiful new deck in the back of the house with a grill and traeger smoker. Both kids greatly enjoyed the playset and the fenced in yard gave us peace of mind with the kids running around. Would recommend staying here and Michael is a great host who is responsive to messages and provides clear check in/check out instructions.

Everything was exactly as described! Plenty of room and extremely clean! Very quiet, private & safe neighborhood. Will definitely keep you in mind for future stays!

Tara was a great host, she responded quickly to my messages. Offered an early check in and late check out which we loved. The house was spacious and had a fun game room. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening we were there. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. The house was in a great location which we loved. We will definitely be staying again.

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home. We felt right at home and were blown away by how thoughtful he was with all the details. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was impeccably clean and neat. Plenty of parking. He left treats for us in the kitchen. Coffee and supplies were ready, which we appreciated so much! He thought of everything and we said more than once during the stay that we would love to stay there again. Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Oak Ridge, TN. And we go twice a year for rowing regattas, so we're very familiar with the area and rentals.

This was a beautiful home! We were here for a work trip, but will plan to stay again with family and some friends! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was a great place to relax after a stressful day in the office!

The golf club was a beautiful stay for me and my family. The house was peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Joseph is an exceptional great host. Very communicative and accommodating. My family really enjoyed our stay there;)

AnneAlyse’s service was absolutely amazing! Whenever we had questions during anytime, she was always available to answer and treat us with the utmost respect! The place was extremely cleaned when arrived and her instructions were entirely clear for me to check in. Amazing job and it enhanced how much i enjoy my stay!!

Beverly has a beautiful property and was very accommodating to my wife and me. The property has a fun little trail that leads down to the river and was peaceful!

A wonderful week at Lake Junaluska with a fanstastic view of the lake! Very private and quiet complete with a nice fire pit to sit by as you take in the great outdoors. Carolyn is was a great host and I was completely satisified with my stay!

Have been vacationing in Western North Carolina for about 30 years. The Sunset Cottage is one of the most enjoyable places that I have been to. It’s in a beautiful setting, off the beaten path, and you can get to everything conveniently from there. I would like to stay there again!

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

We never got to stay at Lara’s place due to the hurricane and not being able to get there but I seriously can’t rate a host higher. Lara was compassionate and so so helpful. It is hard to come by true, genuine people like this and I can’t recommend their place higher! Thank you for everything, we will never forget your kindness.

Perfect Smokey Mountain Getaway! The cabin was perfect in every way. My family of 4 stayed at Ron and Sheilah’s cabin for 2 nights while we explored Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and driving the country backroads was breathtaking. Thank you Ron and Sheila!

Great place to stay! Very beautiful area and not far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable beds and The hot tub was wonderful! Our family loved our peaceful weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This creek side cabin was so peaceful and relaxing! Just what I needed! The cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I loved the firepit, hot tub, porches and creek. The area was beautiful for walking my dog, too. Although the cabin was private, it was located in a nice area with Dollar General just up the road (because of course I forgot something ;-) Overall, I really loved my stay and look forward to coming back!

Ashley was super proactive on communication and gave us clear instructions. Great little place for two people. Love the hot tub in the screened in porch. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts were very friendly and provided a beautiful, clean, and peaceful home for our stay!

We had the limit and everyone fit nicely! All adults mixed group ranging 20’s to 60, very accommodating not flexible on time. In and out as scheduled. Cleaners were waiting for us to leave 7 minutes before our check out time. Otherwise the house was great. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Pond was nowhere to be found. Everything else great! House and rooms were very clean and I’m pretty picky about beds and bathrooms! Would recommend!

The house was super cozy and comfortable. Michael had the house ready ahead of check in and we felt welcome as soon as we opened the door. The house and outdoor space is much more beautiful than the pictures. The master bed/bath is amazing! There were plenty of towels which is always a plus! Everything you can need during your stay was available. After spending the entire day in downtown Gatlinburg, coming back, grilling steaks and relaxing at the bar/hot tub was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!
