This is a vintage building "1927" with original hardwood floors, built-ins and an extra long tub. The building has creaks and groans and you will hear some neighbors movement. Size 450 SF

More is being done to help Airbnb guest stay safe by cleaning, and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check-in. This suburban all electric unit has maximized space with open visibility from the kitchen to the dining area. TV viewing from all areas. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms each gives guest privacy. Self check-in. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if guest leaves apartment in disarray.
