Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

The house is old, but well equipped with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. There are 3 bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a king size bed. One free parking spot in front of the garage (close to the concrete wall). Walking distance to bus and subway. The house is in a calm and family friendly area, so please respect no parties and no pets allowed.

Gammelt, ærverdig hus med fantastisk utsikt over Oslo-fjorden. 10 min gange til Kadett-tangen og Kalvøya som er en stor badestrand. 10 min gange til Sandvika by. 5 min gange til busstasjon/tog og man bruker 15 min med buss/tog til Oslo Sentrum. Fine tur-muligheter langs kyst-stien i umiddelbar nærhet. Stor eiendom med plass til flere biler. Stor fantastisk terrasse med utsikt over sjøen.
