This place is highly recommended! This cottage is absolutely adorable, it sits beside Dominique and Alain's house on a cute little pond. There are cats and geese and ducks wandering around, but they didn't make any noise at all! Inside, the cottage is so clever in the layout, with everything you need, from kitchen supplies (vinegar, oil, salt, sugar) to blankets and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable and the Vellux blinds kept it very dark upstairs. Alain gave me tips on hiking (I did the Ballade des Katts walk to the monastery directly from the path beside the property). The local beer in the fridge was a very nice touch and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was good because the cell reception was patchy. The landscape is beautiful and the WWI sights are poignant and well signposted. Don't miss the daily 8 pm commemoration for the fallen in Ypres at the Menon Gate. When the bagpipes played Amazing Grace, there were tears...

Schönes Apartment ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und unser Hund war auch willkommen und durfte den Garten nutzen. Kurze Fahrzeit zum Eurotunnel. Marc und Karen waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den gefüllten Kühlschrank für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

Schönes Studio in ruhiger Lage. Unser Hund hat den komplett eingezäunten Garten geliebt und die Auszeit genossen. Ein kleines Highlight bei gute Wetter: Ein Eiswagen hält direkt vor der Tür :)

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het huis is netjes, schoon en gezellig met een fijne, grote tuin. De alpaca’s in de tuin zijn een leuke verrassing en de ontvangst door Charlotte was super vriendelijk. Ook een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Gent en Brugge. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het was heel fijn verblijven bij Silvia. Het huis is perfect ingericht, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden, goed ingerichte keuken. Je bent meteen in de natuur, we deden 2 hele mooie wandelingen startende van de Airbnb. Een echte aanrader!

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables chez Martine en Normandie. Le cadre est calme, en pleine nature, parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Martine a été une hôte extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée, toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et s'assurer que tout se passe bien. L'endroit est idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à échapper au tumulte de la ville et profiter d'un environnement paisible. Nous repartons ravis et ne manquerons pas de revenir !

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

Dan was a very responsive host and gave clear instructions for us to follow. After a day at Port lympne this was a perfect stop off overnight. The place smelt so fresh and clean on arrival and had lovely little touches (shells/pictures on the wall) made it feel homely. The road was very peaceful. My daughter's enjoyed playing the games that were accessible to them. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely perfect. Steve was very helpful and even let us check in earlier as we had arrived early. The place was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here if going to Canterbury.

El Refugio is a little hidden gem for exploring Ramsgate. A short walk down the high street and you are in the harbour. The accomodation itself is lovely. We slept really well here, it was peacful and very calming. Alvaro and Simon made sure we were settled in and were always on hand if we had any questions. Will definitly stay again for our next family get together.

Lovely apartment iin beautiful location . Parking right outside . Easy to walk to Walmer Castle , and to Deal along seafront. Great pub Great amenities in apartment. Lovely painting s by local artist on walls, which are available to buy. Very cosy and comfortable . The extras provided - milk, biscuits , tea and coffee … and chocolates were appreciated Would definitely recommend. Thank you Stephanie

Really lovely place. Cosy, clean and in a great location. The bed was sooo comfy and being able to park right outside was ideal. Everything we needed was well within walking distance too! Claire was also super friendly and gave really clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again 💕

The best B&B I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in lots more than just a few. A cosy, summery space, it's beautifully functionally done, everything I needed and would want was available, including purified/filtered drinking water from a tap,.comfortable bed. Wonderful natural lighting in cabin and naturlal light angle here.. good for a person's mood. Nick the host, very friendly, informative, respectful and helpful. You can ask about anything you want or need, even request disability help (with getting through to the Airbnb cabin entrance, if necessary) Definitely love to go back. It's very secluded from neighbourly buzz and from the public. If you want to sit outside and be alone (not in mood to talk to anyone in particular) or to privately sunbathe naked, best bring a fold up screen, or two, as the fence slats are marginally spaced. Enjoyed hearing gulls and other on the roof. Well located for local activities, etc. A very special, pleasantly compacted little cabin place.

Alexandra ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Souterrainwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben. Nachts war es sehr ruhig in der Straße. Da wir mit Baby anreisten, hat Alexandra ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Uns war vorher nicht ganz bewusst, dass das Badezimmer kaum Privatsphäre bietet. 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Their are such an amazing host and I won’t blink if I have to go back there again. Peaceful and beautiful place away from home.

We had the cosiest, loveliest stay in Eric and Jo’s cottage-apartment! Upon arrival they had even wrote a sign with my name on saying welcome, such a sweet thought! The bed was so incredibly comfy, and shower was amazing. We are so happy we chose to stay here, and stay outside the city. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and we enjoyed cycling into Bruges, as well as running on a morning in the countryside. We had peaceful breakfasts outside in the sun too. Eric and Jo were lovely to chat to and I only wish we had more time! They are a credit to what Airbnb should be, truly incredible hosts, and went out of their way to be welcoming, warm and full of great tips and information. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks a million :)

Virginie and Tom are very nice, the apartment in the garden is beautiful, cozy and nice design. Check in and out worked independently and we were welcomed by three adorable cats. The bikes were great. We saw so much more of the city thanks to them.

Had an excellent stay in Bruges here. Walkable to town center and near bus line. The winding stairs are a bit problematic, you just need to be careful. Louise did our laundry for us which was a pleasant surprise.!

Really enjoyed my stay! I was in a show at the theatre that week and the accommodation was ideal to come back to after the shows. Cozy and clean, and absolutely beautiful
