Use of kayaks, bikes, scooters, picnic equipment & wifi are included in this north facing, sunny, compact, fully airconditioned apartment. The river is about 70 metre stroll away. You'll enjoy the sunny aspect. Well equipped with cot, highchair & pram. There's a bbq area & 3 swimming pools (2 heated). The apartment is quiet and private. Note the garage does not have space for a vehicle but here are 3 visitor spaces available for short term use and lots of free street parking immediately outside.

You’ll love its coastal beach theme, with its beautiful bedroom, a practical and stylish kitchen, very spacious lounge and dining area, laundry, air-conditioning, fans, wifi and a cute covered patio for evening drinks beside the water-lilly pond.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & small families (with kids). The apartment is attached to my home so I am on hand for any assistance that I can give you. You have complete privacy with your own access to & from the apartment. The house is new with everything you need to make you feel at home. The apartment is located in a quiet area but still only 5min to shops, 10min to Noosa River & 15 minutes to the surf at Hastings St. PLEASE NOTE: YOU:DO NEED A CAR.
