A wonderful holiday home. Just steps from the beach path, comfortable (some of the furniture is old but still perfectly workable), well stocked and big enough for two families. Excellent value for money considering what else was available for our dates.

Perfect holiday home. The space is designed and set out so immaculately, loved every minute there.

The house was fantastic, location fantastic! The house was clean and organised, everything you needed was provided. The kids loved the pool! We are hoping to visit this house whenever we are working in Noosa!

We had a lovely stay with our two young kids. The home has amazing views, cute kitchen and we loved being able to hear the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised there were a few kids’ toys. As others have said, it’s walking distance to some shops and coffee, as well as a playground. The place does have a lot of stairs - something to note if you also plan to stay with young kids. I noticed afterwards that you can request baby gates. Also worth noting that the main bedroom and second bedroom are on opposite ends of the home (ie. not on the same level). Overall a great experience!

Lisa’s home was beautiful and fit our family’s needs really well. We had such a beautiful tiksin our trip. Super close to NoosaJunction and walking distance to the beach. Great local coffee nearby. Everything was perfect. Pool was a little deeper than expected so was a little harder for the children, but we managed with pool floaters etc. would definitely stay again, Lisa was very helpful and accomodating ! 🤍

Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!

Brett’s place has a lovely open and calm feel to it, with a super outlook over to the beach and ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms off each are great too. And it’s an easy 2 min walk down onto the beach. Just remember there aren’t shops nearby so take everything you need for cooking as you’ll be eating in - the kitchen is pretty well stocked, though a few more key items in the utensils drawer would be helpful. Overall though a really great place to stay and relax.

We had a fabulous stay at Louise’s place. Louise was very kind and accommodating, and allowed an early check in and a late check out. Her gorgeous place was pristine clean and extremely well equipped. We always come with extra toilet paper, washing liquid, bin bags, beach towels etc but this was all provided in excess. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. The house is spacious and it was a bonus allowing us to bring our pets. There is a great pizza place only 2 minutes away, as well as coffee. Everything else including the beach and main restaurants are a short 10 minute drive away. Thank you Louise and family, we will definitely be back.

Lovely home and great location. Plenty of space inside and outside for every guest. Pool table and darts make for a fun activity. Lovely yard and fire pit and close to shops and beach. The pool was great temp even on a colder weekend.

Villa Indah is simply stunning! From the moment you walk in the entry you feel transported. The layout flows beautifully and allows conversation from the kitchen right through to the pool area and outdoor patio. A short drive (maybe 3-4mins) to the beach, shops, supermarket and bottle shop. There is a Thai restaurant and Indian restaurant just across the street. Trish and Rick were fabulous hosts, very proactive with communication and provided local suggestions. Entry instructions were provided well in advance and super easy to follow. Once inside, the information booklet answered any questions. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Well done Trish and Rick you made my friends birthday weekend a very special event indeed!!

If you’re looking for an amazing stay near the humdrum of Noosa, but far enough away that you feel like a Sunshine Beach local, don’t scroll past this great place managed by Roz and James. As Little Cove devotees for many years at Easter, we’ve now jumped ship and are new Sunshine Beach fans. This place is quiet, with amazing sea views, 2 mins walk from Sunshine Beach cafes and general store, the lifesaving club and the beach. The bus stop is a 100m for a quick and free ride into Hastings St. A beautifully stocked kitchen - with plenty of platters, grazing board equipment, glassware for knocking up lazy family brunches and roof top drinks and nibbles to enjoy those amazing views. Three generous bedrooms, with comfy beds, great linen, well equipped bathrooms that are ensuite to each bedroom. Comfy couches, great outdoor and indoor table settings that more than accommodate a family of 6. To top it off, Roz and James have thought of everything… a Coolcabana and beach chairs!

Gorgeous house - great place to accommodate a large group. The outdoor space in and around the pool was brilliant. Only thing to note is there is no air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms and no bbq that we could see (but there is an outdoor pizza oven!) Aside from this, couldn’t fault the house - we were all really happy with it and would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Erica’s place. Great location for walking to Noosa Junction and Noosa beach as well as to Sunshine Beach. It felt like a resort. Great space for 2 families with kids. Small note - my daughter would have appreciated locks on bathroom doors to save her from the cousins. We were disturbed early mornings by building work next door but sure that is rare.

Perfect accommodation for a family visit to Noosa with a really helpful host. Would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and beach.

This is such a lovely place! We stayed at Tom and Diana's place during the Labour Day long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is very convenient to get to places like Noosa and Eumundi market. Beach is an easy 5-10 minutes stroll. It is patrolled during school holidays, weekends and public holidays from Sept to May. Pristine beach without the hustles and bustles of Noosa. The deck is the highlight of us. It overlooks the ocean and has all the amenities we need as a family. We spent a decent amount of time on the deck, relaxing, reading books and playing board games on the deck. Hosts are very friendly responsive and helpful.

We had a really great stay st the house. It was super close to the beach, you could see the water from our bedroom. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with plenty off room for him to roam. The place is filled with amenities and is very comfy cosy. It’s close to all the shops, great coffee and the surf club. The team at the rental place were extremely efficient and easy to deal with.

We had the best time - exactly what we needed over the Easter break. The accommodation was warm and homely - highly recommended! Everything within walking distance - beach, coffee, cafes and restaurants. Tennis courts just around the corner was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay in Peregian beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group to relax, with some great entertaining spaces and all the amenities we needed. We look forward to returning again sometime!

Our family’s second time staying at Adam’s place. We love Sunshine Beach and surrounds. The location of this property is unbeatable- a short walk to the beach and the shops. We love the space and the vibe of Adam’s home. We always feel welcome and settled. Another great trip- thanks so much Adam!!

Excellent location write on the beach. We felt like we were in the bush with plenty of wildlife, such as a goanna and birds viewed from the veranda. About a 15 min walk to the village but you can easily catch an Uber if need to. I would definitely recommend this house for a beach holiday getaway.

Hayley was such a responsive, friendly and generous host. Her house was warm and inviting, so much so that we felt part of the family. Our fur baby felt right at home in the secure, private yard. The stay was a short walk to a popular beach which was also very dog friendly. Hayley's house had every convenience which made our stay so very enjoyable. I would like to thank Hayley for her hospitality and would recommend her lovely home to anyone.

A stunning beachfront home, perfect for our family holiday - only a 15 minute walk to Peregian village. Loved our stay.
