Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Make yourself at home in this stylish, newly renovated, sun-filled upper unit home in eastown Grand Haven. All the basic amenities you'll need, and free parking. It's less than 20 minutes to walk downtown, with lots of shopping and food options, and an 8 minute drive to the beach (40ish minutes if you feel like walking). Grand Haven is the best little beach town. We love it & hope you fall in love too! NOTE : WE’RE ON A BUSIER ROAD, SO TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN NOISE CAN SOMETIMES BE A BIT LOUDER.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. " "This place is great - the attic is much larger than expected from the pictures, and comfortably fit 4 of us for a weekend. I loved the cute vintage artifacts throughout the attic" "Awesome place! Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed. and Sat. and begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
