Great place, great host. Tatiya was very responsive and considerate to offer cleaning for our extended stay. The AC units needed maintenance and she responded quickly to fix the issue.

This was an excellent, comfy apartment, about 12 mins walk to ISB. If you are attending an event at the school, it's a great option for accommodation as the area is quite residential. The apartment was clean and comfortable and really well stocked with snacks, teas & coffee machine, shampoo & toiletries (even complimentary sunscreen!). The host was incredibly responsive and the home is well labelled for details like wifi code, how to use appliances, etc. It has 2 comfy beds and would sleep a family of 3 or 4 nicely. Not much to do in the area if you are not going for ISB events or visiting people part of the nearby community.

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Nice place to stay outside of city center, much calmer neighborhood. Apartment looks like it’s presented on the pictures, we stayed for a month and it was perfect. There are 3 different pools and 2 gyms available. Many coffee shops/restaurants around. It is on 21st floor so you get nice view of the skyline. Host is great and friendly :)

Hospedagem muito boa. O prédio em si tem uma estrutura interessante se você quer usar área comum. A recomendação da cafeteria no prédio foi excelente. Sobre o apartamento: tudo como na descrição. A internet extremamente rápida (Wi-Fi excelente). A cama confortável, chuveiro forte e bom. Cozinha prática para fazer algumas refeições. TV funciona bem, área de trabalho boa. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Sobre a proprietária: foi muito simpática e comunicativa. Todas as dúvidas que tive sobre a região e sobre o prédio ela me respondia rápido. Orn você é incrível! Nos sentimos em casa aqui, já queremos voltar.

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Fantastic location near Central Plaza mall and the MRT pink line. Also 2 7/11 stores on the soi that are great for stocking up on cool drinks. Small street market also close. Very safe location. Great host with smooth check in and check out. We would stay again when we are in the area.

The place was everything and more. It is located in a very safe area in Bangkok! Walking distance to the MRT ( about 10 min). There is a big shopping center right next to the condo that has truly everything . It is kind of comparable to Target in the US. There are also several other little stores in that shopping center along with a food court with local foods ! A small 7/11 is also across the street. The condo is very clean and has lots of space. I love the views over the city. It has a nice little pool on the roof top and a little gym with some basic equipment! Anytime I had a question I received a response back in a very shortly! I would recommend to download the GRAB app as you can get a taco really cheap-even to the airport! If I come back to Bangkok I will definitely stay at her place again! Thank you again for being such an awesome host! Also, when we got there she had cold water bottles already in the fridge. Body wash and hair shampoo was also available in each bathroom and it has also a small washing machine which was super convenient! The clothes dry within hours because of the heat!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

We stayed for a month at Joy's place with our three children. We all loved our stay. The place is next to the MRT station and bus stop which takes us everywhere and also close to Nonthaburi Boat Ferry stop (Bus 65/30). A lot of food places are all around the apartment, and Big C super market is just a few minutes walk. Joy was always proactive with her communications. She also send us extra blankets immediately when we requested. Washing machine is downstairs in the parking lot to use for 30 Baht. There is a drinking water filling station also downstairs in the parking lot. We paid 4000 Baht as security deposit for electricity and water, and Joy returned the remaining amount soon after check-out. Joy upgraded our stay to another apartment on the same floor which was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It had a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and and lot of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend our stay with Joy and really enjoyed her hospitality.
