Summer Breeze is the perfect home away from home for a family get-away. Nestled in the historic rural village of Whitwell, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Panoramic countryside views across St Catherine down can be enjoyed from the sun-trap garden and patio, with nothing but the tranquil sound of birds singing. Ideally located, for walkers & cyclists. You are never far from beautiful beaches, cycling routes, scenic coastal paths and an array of first-rate pubs & restaurants.

Cabin in the Forest

A charming solid oak framed cabin, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking.

Tiny home-garden cabin near Freshwater Bay

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

The Bolthole, Sunny garden annexe.

The Bolthole is a beautiful, cosy self catering annexe, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A well behaved dog is welcome (Supplementary fees apply) Situated on the Squirrel Trail/Cycle path. Ideal for walkers/cyclists or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Private secure south facing garden with BBQ, patio area and outdoor seating area. Free parking. Free WiFi. A 10 minute walk to the famous Shanklin Old Village and the chine and a further 10 minutes to the beach.

The Cabin - Freshwater Bay

This coastal retreat is tucked along a private lane opposite Freshwater Bay - you can stay without relying on a car as the bus stop is on the doorstep. There are so many simple delights: sea swims, beach BBQ's, dramatic coastal walks, explore caves, discover rockpools, crabbing, fishing, hire a SUP, or a nature walk through the marsh – even a round of golf! The Cabin offers a relaxed base to explore the many charms of the island. Perfect for a romantic break or a week with the kids.

Bonnie View Hilltop Retreat, Luxury Holiday Home

Mother~daughter team, and Islanders Bianca and Bonnie welcome you to their luxury holiday bungalow, a beautiful space for you to relax and unwind. Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

With stunning sea views, it’s a perfect getaway for couples looking for a relaxing break in one of the most beautiful areas on the Isle of Wight. As well as being near the beach, Dove Cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes that Ventnor has to offer. There are many scenic coastal paths nearby leading to places such Bonchurch, Steephill Cove and St Lawrence.

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
