The place was very clean , the host was extremely friendly and very formative. Thiis is my first time to Japan from Australia and they made the transition very easy. I would recommend staying here if your coming to shinjuku. The host even helped me find a local gym and went out of their way to give me instructions on how to get there. extremely kind

We had an amazing week in Tokyo thanks to this place. It was easy to get to and the instructions were so clear. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. It is also very close to two different stations so it was quite easy to around!! It is also surrounded by several convenience stores, restaurants and other shops. Lala was also very responsive and gave some great recommendations!! To get into the apartment there are a some steps to get to the lift but it isn’t too far and even with big suitcases we managed!!

It was a small space but had all we needed for our family of 4. Beihao was very responsive and helpful. Good short walking distance to station.

We are 7 person inside and Fit with us. I Bring Superstar Actress from Indonesia “Ayu TingTing” to stay with her family and she’s very happy with the Interior, design and The Amenities. . The Location : 10/10 ( Big Road : easy to get taxi : walking distance super close to shibuya shopping street (-/+3-5minutes walks ) The Building : The Apartemen is so long huge , with Good Design, interior, facilities ( washing machine, stove, Dinner set , And THE BALCONY IS SO BIGGGGGGG ) The Owner Team : Amazing & Extremely Help you Very kindhearted to inform / assisting you whatever you need.. The Price : Worth it ! Good Deal !

Overall the apartment worked out pretty well for four adults (2 couples). Two bedrooms have double beds, not as large as a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. The location is very central but as it is in the middle of the city there is typical city noise. Couple of things to note that we didn’t expect (1) bathroom set up - one bathroom is a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and mirror, then there is a shower off the hallway and a toilet room off the hallway. No other sink/vanity area. We used the kitchen sink, but sharing here as we didn’t realize that was the set-up. (2) the ceilings are pretty low so if you’re tall people, you might want to consider another place. At 6 feet tall we could barely walk through some of the doorways standing up straight. All the amenities listed were available with plenty of towels, which we appreciate, coffee, and EleVen was so kind to stock the fridge with drinks, beer, yogurt, milk to get us started.

Our small group of three couples enjoyed our stay. It was great that we each were able to have our own space, and the location is reasonably close to the metro station and right next to a convenience store, which was very handy. The apartments were clean and well maintained, and the washing machine was very much appreciated. The shower functions as a dryer using a heated fan system, which was something I had not encountered before, but worked well and was reasonably intuitive to figure out.

The place was located in a very convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants and even a gym as well as choices of transportation. The room was clean and got all what we needed during our stay. During the stay I also needed to work remotely so it was perfect that the place had separate living room & dining/ kitchen room. Natsuiki & Giulio were very responsive and gave detailed & kind guidance and support. We were also impressed to find some welcome snacks by them at check in. We'd like to stay their place again if we have a chance to visit Tokyo.

We spent a week at Toru’s place and had the most relaxing time. You’ll definitely need a car, but once you have one, you can easily explore the area and enjoy the stunning views of Mount Fuji! The house is spacious - we were a group of four and had plenty of room. We cooked, watched Ghibli movies on the projector, and slept wonderfully (the rooms are dark, quiet, and the beds are very comfy). I can only recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay in the Japanese countryside - just make sure you have a car, so you’re not dependent on train and bus schedules!

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Our experence in Tokyo was made better by staying here.

We had a wonderful stay . The place was clean and felt just at home. Kyoto is super responsive and very fast in responding.. The place is convinently located just few minutes away from the train stations. Highly recommend

I recently had a great stay at Kota’s apartment. The location is excellent—right in the heart of a lively part of Korea Town in Shinjuku, with Don Quixote just steps away (Don Quixote even has a breakfast spot on the second floor!). Despite being in a busy area, the apartment itself was mostly quiet, with just a bit of street noise at night. The space was a good fit for our group of six. While the rooms are small—as is typical for Tokyo—we had plenty more room to spread out than we would have in a hotel. The stairs are a bit steep but totally manageable, and each room (plus the main living space) had its own AC/heating unit, which was a huge plus. Kota was an amazing host—super responsive and kind. He met us on arrival to help carry our suitcases up and offered to do the same when we left. He even had a welcome gift of sweets, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo!

Our group of 6 stayed here comfortably for almost 2 weeks. It was conveniently close and within a short walking distance to many necessary food, grocery and drugstore shops, as well as public transportation. This made our stay here very easy. The house itself was immaculate and catered to us all really well :)

We had a lovely stay at Lavender house. Very clean, spacious, convenient and easy to find. Room size was good enough for you to move around, bathrooms were spacious too. And we loved the Dyson vacuum was available for use. Walking distance to park, convenient stores, restaurants and there’s even a JAPAN Kart rental nearby. :) Since it’s a residential area, and we were a big group with small kids, some neighbors were concerned of loud voices. overall, I would highly recommend this place to families/ for big groups. ( but only if your kids are already capable of containing their excitement. ;)

This is a such a great place with all the luxury living supplies. The brand new house is quiet, modern and very convenient to get the subway, the convenience store and restaurants as well. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house to stay!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Wow. What an amazing stay. Perfect location, snacks in the fridge, responsive host, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Ro was really helpful. The place is about 500m away from Godzilla with lots of restaurants around. the apartment is old but really spacious and got everything you need. There is a laundry facility at the ground level if u need to dry ur clothes. Tips: get off at Sginjuku Sanchome station and its about 250m/5mins walk to the apartment. Don't get off at Shinjuku and walk all the way with luggage. it's tiring

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in seamless. The space itself was beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials—and more. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed, and the little thoughtful touches (like local recommendations and extra amenities) really made a difference. The location was ideal—quiet and safe, but still close to everything I wanted to see and do. Less than 5 mins from a train station which was super convenient for getting around. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
