Rancho de la Cabeza is a peaceful, rustic ranch nestled between world class wineries, orchards, farms, golf courses, and the amazing beaches on the Central Coast! Are you looking to host a larger group? We have a smaller house on the same property. Both houses combined can sleep 18 people. Up to two dogs are allowed. $25 per pet fee. Easy access to the 101 Freeway, where you can easily visit Santa Barbara or Paso Robles wine regions. Our home is FULLY Air Conditioned and features a level 2 Tesla charger for EV cars.

Family fun awaits at this 4500 sq feet home base to explore everything that San Luis County has to offer. Originally a log home, the home has been tastefully updated throughout the years and has a spacious open layout. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a theater room, a game room and covered patio. There's something for everyone in the backyard with sports court, fire pit and bocce ball. Walk 2 minutes to 140 acre Nipomo Regional Park with new skate park & tennis and basketball courts.

Jersey Joy Cottage Farm Stay

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. Five acres with several farm animals, including dairy cows, pigs (seasonal) , chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

A private, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, approximately 850 square foot, stand alone granny cottage, located in rural Arroyo Grande. On our own private lane and just minutes away from award winning wineries, Oceano Dunes, Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Beach, Pismo Outlets, & Pismo Preserve. Avila Beach/Hartford pier. Numerous golf courses. Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo are just 10-15 minutes from the Chalet. Morro Bay, Montana de Oro and Hearst Castle are short day trips away.
