Half an hour to Algonquin Park, 15 minutes to 18 holes golf course. Many lakes and public beaches nearby. The price is shown in the Ad for one person only , any more guest is $20 for each.

Relax in this comfortable apartment surrounded by beautiful bush and wildlife. We are 15 min. from North Bay Airport and Laurentian ski hill. 10 min from Otter Lake Recreation Area 4.1 km hiking/snowshoeing 20 min from major food outlets and grocery stores. Heated Garage available for up to three snow machines for an additional fee. We have direct access to OFSC trail A/D right from our property. Our place is cozy, clean and ready for your next getaway.

Fully detached private unit has one bedroom with a queen bed, pull out couch which sleeps 2 in the living room , kitchen and a bathroom. Launch jetski from private dock. A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.
