My wife and I are an older, jovial, European couple living on the main floor of a cozy home. We rent out the basement for short and longer-term stays. The house is in a safe neighbourhood, located a 5 minute walk to the Hospital, and quick 4 minute drive to all amenities. It is perfect for anyone looking to get situated while working here, especially if at the hospital, or visiting for gaming, fishing and golfing. Tobin Lake is 26 mins away, Evergreen Golf Course is a 5 min drive.

Located in quiet area with easy access to Tobin Lake & the Regional Park is this 2 bed, 1 bath, with in suite laundry fully furnished suite with private entrance. The outdoor space includes a spacious deck that will include a BBQ and firepit in the sumner as well as parking to include your boat or snowmobile trailer. We are in close proximity to Centennial arena, outdoor pool, Golf Course, hospital and community park. Great place to stay for recreation or business!

The yard is partially fenced and landscaped(to be completed summer 2023) there is a fire pit to sit around or just relax on the deck. All you need to pack is your personal belongings and clothes.
