Fonksiyonel bir mutfak ve harika bir ev düzeni. Kendimi evimde hissettim. Temizlik konusunda mükemmel.

We have spent two nights in this appartament. It is a very nice place in a peaceful neighborhood, with a wonderful view. On arrival, we have met in the court several friendly pets : chickens, cats and a dog. When looking from the window we could also see a lot of birds flying around. It was cold outside, and the heating was very efficient, even though it was a little loud at times in the night.

What a lovely house! I had a great stay here. The location is very convenient for exploring the town. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, aside from the rooster who seems to think he is the town muezzin as he would crow before every call to prayer haha. The instructions were very detailed and clear for getting to the house. Loved it here.

Atakan beye misafirperverliğinden dolayı çok teşekkürler. Arkadaşlarımla beraber harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Evin tarihi dokusu girer girmez bizleri mest etti. Havanın kısmen serin olması bahçenin keyfini yeterince çıkaramamıza neden olsada bir dahaki misafirliğimize bırakmış saydık onu da. Her şey için teşekkürler.

I spent over a week in the villa with my family and we absolutely loved it - spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, cozy living room with a fireplace and a terrace with a breathtaking view, plus a private garage made our experience worth repeating. I would recommend it for a family or a group of friends. The village itself is small, peaceful and charming, with a couple very decent restaurants nearby and beautiful beach accessible right down the hill from the house. There is enough sightseeing to do in the area within a moderate driving distance. The host was responsive and friendly, so out vacation went smooth!

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Evin konumu oldukça güzel, ortamı sakin ve manzarası gerçekten huzur vericiydi. Ev tertemizdi ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi son derece ilgiliydi, bu sayede kendimizi hiç yabancı gibi hissetmedik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Bursa hiç bilmediğimiz bir şehir olmasına rağmen evin konumu o kadar güzel bir yerdeydi ki araç ile hiç sıkıntı yaşamadan ve yolda çok zorlanmadan her noktaya ulaşım sağladık. Güvenlik vs konularında da hiçbir sıkıntı olmayan bir ev, çok seçenek arasında kalıp seçmiştik doğru seçim yaptığımızı, Bursa’da kaldıkça daha iyi anladık🙏🏻 Cüneyd bey ve abisi müşteri değil misafirlerini ağırlıyor gibi davranıyorlar, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular bir daha Bursaya gidersek kesinlikle başka yer aramayacağız. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz🌼

Saat kaç olursa olsun isteklerimize çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Bursa şehir merkezini gezmek için yine gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırım.

Emre bey cok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Her ihtiyacımız olduğunda anında ulaşabildik. Ev cok guzel geniş manzarası ve konumu cok harika Tavsiye ediyorum

The place was really nice, at the center of town. Really warm and beautiful, comfy beds. Would recommend for any stay

If I'm ever back to Bursa I definitely would book this place again . It's' even better than on photos . Very good location close to every main attractions , it's literally in the historical center of the city . Clean and fresh apartment . The host is always in touch and responds without delay.

الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة، عند الوصول يتم تزويدك بمفتاح الشقة مع ريموت لباب الكراج يوجد مواقف خاصة بالمبنى، دخول المبنى برقم سري، مسؤول البناية شخص لطيف وسريع التجاوب، سأكرر الزيارة بإذن الله.

We had a great stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my trip. The communication was smooth and quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The place was also spacious and very clean.
